Utility rebates for the equipment we install
We work with Pacific Power and Benton REA, and Chelan County PUD runs its own program for efficient upgrades. A heat pump, a ductless Mini-Split or a smart thermostat can qualify for money back from the utility that serves your address.
Amounts change, so we do not print any on this page. Each utility publishes its current figures and eligibility rules. When we write your quote, we help with the paperwork so you do not have to work out the forms alone.
Pacific Power
Three separate programs, depending on whether you own a house, a manufactured home or a multi-family building. Pacific Power sets the qualifying products, so check your equipment against their list before you commit.
- Single Family Incentives
- Offered by Pacific Power to its residential customers. The program gives cash back for high-efficiency products and services that lower energy costs and improve the comfort of your home.
- Manufactured Homes and Retail Incentives
- Incentives and rebates for high-efficiency products and services that are installed in new manufactured homes or retail stores.
- Multi-Family and Retail Incentives
- Incentives for more efficient products and services for Washington residential customers with a new or existing home or multi-family unit.
Benton REA
Benton REA customers who meet income qualifications and own their own home may receive increased rebate amounts for energy efficient home upgrades. The utility also lists residential efficiency rebates and incentives for new home contractors.

Chelan County PUD
Chelan County PUD offers rebates on efficient upgrades to your home: ductless heat pumps, heat pumps, smart thermostats and hybrid water heaters. The savings keep paying back in lower bills for years after the install.

“I am working with them to get rebates on a new system now”
Start with the equipment, then the rebate
Heat pumps and ductless systems are where utility rebates often apply, so the Mini-Split page and our heating page are the best places to begin. If the rebate does not cover everything, see how financing fills the gap.
