Heating and cooling for the Yakima Valley, one season at a time.
The valley runs hot in July and cold in January, and Seasonal Energy Services works both ends. Mike and Cydni take the calls, the crew shows up with American Standard, Mitsubishi and Daikin equipment, and the work is done by a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor with over a decade of experience.
Below, every service sits on the side of the year it belongs to. Furnaces, gas fireplaces, fire pits and gas lines are the fire side. Air conditioning is the cold side. Heat pumps and mini-splits do both, so they carry both marks.

The year, split down the middle
Heat for the cold months
- Fire side
Heating
Furnace repair and installation, thermostats, tune-ups and heat pumps. If your unit is short cycling, squealing when the fan starts or has an ignitor that will not light, this is the page and the phone call. We work with American Standard, Mitsubishi and Daikin equipment.

Fireplaces and fire pits
Gas Fireplace installation and service, and Gas Pit installation for the patio. We set Heat-N-Glo and Napoleon fireplaces, and we run the gas line to them. The photos on our install log include a stone outdoor fireplace and a lit fire bowl in the snow.

Gas piping
Whole houses, underground runs, fire pits, pool heaters and a BBQ outlet stub. If you smell rotten egg, leave and call the gas utility first. For the rest, we check leaks, improper connections and rusting before you light anything for the season.

Cooling for the hot months
- Cold side
Cooling
AC installation, repair and tune-ups for Central Washington summers. We help you choose a unit on durability, energy efficiency and air quality, and we repair before we recommend replacing. Brands are American Standard, Mitsubishi and Daikin.

Ductless mini-splits
Mitsubishi and Daikin heads on the wall, one outdoor compressor, no ductwork. They suit an addition, a shop, or an older home on baseboard heat, and the same system heats in winter and cools in summer. Rebates and incentives can apply when you upgrade from baseboard or electric furnaces.

Heat pumps are the same story as mini-splits. One unit moves heat out of the house in summer and into it in winter, so we list them under both heating and cooling. Complete heat pump system replacement is one of the jobs customers mention by name.
The work that runs all twelve months
Tune-ups, repairs and remodels do not wait for a season. These three belong to the whole year.
The plan is $14/month, semi-annual or annual. A precision tune-up and professional cleaning, covering furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and air conditioners, and we call you to schedule.
Any manufacturer, from heat pumps to air conditioners. We diagnose first, and if we find it needs to be replaced, your service call is on us.
Remodels, additions and builds under one licensed contractor, SEASOES786P1, with one point of contact for the project and the heating, cooling and gas work on the same team.
