Line set connected, vacuum pump running, manifold gauges on the service ports before the system ever sees a charge. This is the part of a mini-split install nobody photographs, so we did.

One outdoor unit for the whole year

A heat pump heats in January and cools in August. Set level on a raised pad above the gravel so snow melt and spring runoff stay clear of the coil.

New construction is the easy time to get it right: the furnace, the plenum and the flue run set in an open frame, inspected, then closed in.

We work on units from any manufacturer. New installs are American Standard, Mitsubishi and Daikin for heating and cooling, Heat-N-Glo and Napoleon for fireplaces.

Our maintenance plan is just $14/month, semi-annual or annual. We call you to schedule.
HVAC repair
Any manufacturer. If we find it needs to be replaced, your service call is on us.

Whole houses, underground runs, fire pits, pool heaters and BBQ outlet stubs.
General contracting
Additions and remodels with the permits, subs and schedule handled by one licensed contractor.

A complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning, on a semi-annual or annual schedule, your choice. We check the filter, ignitor, flame sensor, gas pressure, capacitors and amp draw on a gas furnace, and the coils, contactors and temperature drop on a heat pump or AC. We reach out to set a time that works around your schedule.

Yes, that is what they are for. A mini-split links individual room units to one outdoor unit with a small line set, so additions, shops and older homes on baseboard heat can be heated and cooled without running ducts. We install Mitsubishi and Daikin systems.

Often, yes. We work with Pacific Power and Benton REA programs, and Chelan County PUD runs its own. Efficient heat pumps and mini-splits replacing baseboard or an electric furnace are the usual qualifiers. Ask us when we quote, and check the utility's current amounts before you decide.
